Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it and a nice 24th of December to all who don’t. Get back to me if there should be any issue with that. The idea was to have a language independent shortcut. Probably a MindNode shortcuts action limitation.Īs always: Constructive feedback and ideas for improvements are highly appreciated. Have not found a way yet to give the newly created mind map file a specific name. Did not have such issues before iOS/iPadOS 14.3. Sometimes when you share from Things 3 to the shortcut nothing else happens (actually Apple Shortcuts should open). When you go to MindNodes file selector you‘ll see the newly created mind map file. When you create a new MindNode mind map and another one is still open, then the other one may remain open. There is a bad performance risk for that one. By default, these shortcuts are Tab for a new child node, Return for a new sibling node, and Shift + Return for a new main node (there is no default keyboard shortcut for a new parent node). You can create a mind map from such a list, but I think this would make sense if the waiting for tasks are grouped by whom I am waiting for. You can also create a node by pressing a keyboard shortcut. Waiting For: I use a waiting for tag to mark all tasks where I‘m waiting for someone/something to get back to me. group the tasks by the day they were checked as done. I think this requires a separate shortcut to e.g. The tasks have a different format if they are logged. Log: You cannot create a mind map of your log. You have to press show (or how it may be called in your language) to make the other tasks appear. 3 items below a project (like Anytime where you see projects with the first three of their anytime tasks). Share it to the shortcut, then you get a nice MindNode mind map with all areas and their projects. Initially I‘ve developed it to create a mind map for the Projects list (quick search: Projects). More.As mentioned in my previous post regarding Things 3 lists to MindNode? Use Cases?
